Windows 8 Transformation Pack 6.0 Free Download

                                      Windows 8 Transformation Pack 6.0
If you’d like to emulate the look on an earlier version of Windows, you’ll need this Windows 8 Transformation Pack tool. It takes the UX Pack and adds in a number of extra elements that emulate key aspects of Windows 8 already built into Windows 7 such as the translucent Windows Aero interface. Basically, if you want to get the Windows 8 look in Vista, XP or Windows Server, you need this instead.

                          Windows 8 Transformation Pack 6.0

Installation is simple enough: extract the setup file from the zip archive, then double-click it to get started. If you’ve installed the pre-requisites (.NET Framework 4.0, plus .NET Framework 2.0-3.5 if you’re running Windows Server or the 64-bit version of XP) you can select what to install and then click Install to see if the program will be able to supply you with the features you desire.

Be patient, it can take a while to apply everything, and it occasionally appears stuck, but persevere and if all works you’ll be prompted to reboot at which point you’ll be able to get a feel for Windows 8.

For Vista and Windows 7 users, the changes will be largely superficial, with access to the Metro-like user interface and various gadgets the big attraction. XP users will notice the most radical changes, with a completely revamped interface to contend with. You may encounter glitches – if these prove too troublesome, or you decide the new look and feel isn’t for you, just re-run the setup tool to remove it from your system.

Windows 8 Transformation Pack v6.0 additions and new features:

Added Windows 8 RTM wallpapers
Configured Aero frame UI, Metro Desktop UI and Aero’s auto-colorization to be used by default if applicable

Download Fances Free - Organize Icons of Your Desktop for Best Appearance

Fences is a free program that may just be able to help you to keep on top of things. The utility can be used to create desktop-only folders called fences that can be used to house icons. Fences can be resized and positioned anywhere on screen and can include scrollbars to provide access to additional icons.

If you want to access your desktop, all that is needed is a quick double click of an empty area and all of your fences will fade away - double click again and they will re-appear. You can opt to allow the program to automatically create fences for you, or you can create those you feel are necessary.

Various desktop snapshots can be saved and loaded in an instant. This means that it is possible to save different desktop and Fences configurations for different tasks you perform on your computer. Fences is a real productivity enhancer which helps to keep your desktop free from unnecessary clutter so you can see what you are doing.

Download Seven Remix XP

Windows Seven RC is already out, but if you're unsure whether to try it or not, you can always start by applying the new look and fear to your current operating system.

With Seven Remix you can make Windows XP look like Windows Seven in just a few clicks. This theme includes all the eye-candy featured in Microsoft's new operating system: wallpapers, skins, cursors, system sounds, screensaver and, of course, the boot and logon screens.

Visual themes are usually difficult to install and get running. Seven Remix however can be installed in a breeze. The installation wizard walks you through the whole process and also lets you choose exactly which elements will be installed and which not. For further security, Seven Remix also creates a system restoration point before applying any changes.

On the downside, this theme only includes basic visual changes. That means you won't get Aero effects, window preview or any of the other advanced Windows 7 graphical features.

Seven Remix enables you to give your good old Windows XP a shiny, renewed Windows 7 appearance.

Download 21 Fresh cursor packs for Windows XP and 7

You frequently change your Windows desktop wallpaper. Adventurous ones probably apply a custom theme and even a new icon set every once in a while. But why stop there? Go ahead and choose a new mouse cursor to make the customization complete.

How to change Windows mouse cursor

Most cursor packs you will find here comes with an .INF file. Right click on each of the .INF files and select "Install".

Now open Control Panel and double click on Mouse Properties. Click on the Pointers tab and choose the installed cursor pack from the dropdown list under ‘Scheme’. Select one and click Apply. Windows 7 and Vista users can type ‘mouse pointers’ in the search box to automatically open the Mouse pointers settings.

If the downloaded cursor doesn’t contain the .INF file, ignore the first step and directly open Mouse Pointers settings in Control Panel. Click on Browse and locate the cursor files (.cur and .ani) you just downloaded. Select one to apply.

    Skins for Windows Media Player

With skins, you can change the look of Windows Media Player in a couple of clicks, as often as you like. Some skins just change the appearance of the Player with graphics and animations, while some also add new features. Skins are easy to download and install—and you can freely switch between different skins in the Player using the Skin chooser feature.

Note: Some skins are optimized for Windows Vista and Windows XP and may not have the same appearance when used in Windows 7.

It's easy to give Windows Media Player a new look by applying a skin. Each skin has a distinct appearance, and most skins incorporate basic Player functions, such as the ability to adjust the volume. Some skins offer added functionality, including special audio files, visualizations, and other custom features. The features that a skin provides are determined by its creator. You can select a skin from those provided with the Player, or you can download more skins from the Internet.

Note: To install some skins, you must be logged on as an administrator or a member of the Administrators group.

    Installation:

    2- Run FileHouseWMPlayerSkins.exe.
3- Click on Install button, it will close automatically after installation.
4- Open Windows Media Player, Go to Media Player>View>Skin Chooser and Select one of them
        and Enjoy!

StyleXP 3.19 - Install unsigned Visual Effects and Themes in Windows XP

Note: Style XP may not work on Windows XP service Pack 3, Works well on Windows XP Service Pack 2.

    StyleXp Full With Keygen

    Developer's Description

How sleek is your desktop? Style XP can unleash the full potential of your Windows XP desktop by allowing you to download and install XP themes. Customize your XP interface to look like a Mac, or view hundreds of other custom skins. Style XP can modify backgrounds, themes, and logons. Style XP is 100 percent application compatible.
Style XP is not a skinning engine. It uses Microsoft's built-in visual style engine, but enhances it by providing many useful tools. Style XP can import, select, rotate, and manage themes, visual styles, wallpapers, and logons.

Future versions support sounds, cursors, screensavers, and packages of all the above. How does it work? Instead of lines and gradients, the XP user interface natively supports the use of skinned bitmap controls (a visual style).

This is Microsoft's own innovation. Style XP includes its own visual styles.
    Supports Win XP SP2

Style XP allows you to expand the customization features of Windows XP and gives you the power to install new themes that break the mold of the existing XP shell.

Style XP works by patching your operating system to accept unassigned styles, scores of which are available for download from the web. Once you've applied a style you can tweak virtually any aspect of the appearance, including the font size, screensaver, colors, menu transparency, or even the boot screen. What’s more, if you're particularly artistically minded you can to create your own elements in a graphics editor and apply them to the skin in Style XP.

There's no doubt that the temptation to make Windows look like OSX or apply a 'Windows Pirate Edition' boot screen is pretty appealing, but pimping your OS in this way does come with a risk. It’s worth bearing in mind that because of the way the Style XP writes files to your system folder you could end up doing damage to your machine, especially if you install a patch or a new service pack.

    Pros

    • Lots of customization options
    • Comes with a decent range of bundled themes
    • Doesn’t gobble up too much system resources

    Cons

    • Interface can be a little daunting for novice PCs
    • Possible risk to your system files when installing the software

    Facebook New and Amazing Themes

Are you among the people who , like me, are never satisfied with how their daily used interfaces look? Doesn’t it always become boring after some time? By interface here, I mean the ones you daily use, such as your desktop’s color schemes, your browser’s theme, you blog’s default theme and color schemes (if you have a blog, that is), etc. In specific, I am talking about the Facebook interface that I am sure many of you use daily.
Since the beginning, I have been seeing a blur bar at the top in Facebook. Indeed, over the years, Facebook has changed a little with respect to themes and color schemes. Which makes me wonder; why has there been little change in that area while many other areas have been revolutionized by Facebook? Indeed, the concept of uniformity comes to mind. But then again, users care more about how their interfaces look rather than how uniform they are. In fact, it becomes monotonous very soon.
Which brings us to our main point. What should we do about the rusty old Facebook interface? How to customize it? I mean sure the Timeline view is something new, and a positive change. But that is restricted only to profiles and pages. And the color scheme remains more or less the same, unless someone has a radically contrasting cover photo to go with the layout.
Here, I will show you the top 10 themes that I have found for Facebook. These themes change how Facebook looks to you. They, of course, won’t change how others see Facebook. But to you, it will surely be a new and nice experience. These themes require a plugin called Stylish to be installed prior to use. This plugin is available for all the major browsers such as Chrome and Firefox.
